My sisters death ? Who is responsible

Nirvaya , Amanat , Damini or whatever name we give it to her. My baby sister is no more.

My heart sinks, shouting with the thought of it, why her, what was her fault , for what she had been punished, why life was so cruel , why humanity lost its face .( I am here not talking about only one but many more who suffer this fate. This also includes male also.)

was it was fault of her that after watching a movie ( I am not aware of the exact thing last time which she finished in one of the happiest mood in her life time. ) , she boarded the bus which became her kaal/murderer.I am not trying to describe the pain she suffered or what happened to her after that till her death or aftermath , its known to everyone .

I was discussing it in my family & friends & even my own minds , who is res-ponsible. Let me take each one & put my thought.( Everything is my own & if it hurts someone I apologies for it, forgive me for that.)

1. Those men - they have committed the biggest sin. they are the biggest culprit. But are they responsible ? Its pretty common that most of the those person(not everyone ) would love to have sharab(liquer) with shabab(sex ,  not with their own partners but with other) , go ahead in a pub after the day finishes & we will find that these talk and motive is pretty common. sometime they get the shababd in easier way( consent one like some of the sex worker , but many time they gets the raped one . No body thinks about the person on the other side of the coin , he/she is an innocent one , but the only utmost aim is pleasure at the cost of killing the other side self respect & tormenting...  the result ..most of the time people takes the extreme steps like suicide( self or created /medically death , or even if they survive for the whole life they cursed themselves as why it happened to me. This is not only about the poor man , even the biggest of the riches also do the same & they pay the compensation to the victim , some even offer to marry .. every thing in the end leads to murder either physically or mentally. but who is res-ponsible. Is it not the mentality or the social ethics. Most of the time we will find that these person grooming is pretty crap( I am not putting blame on parents & society ) It just that some how in the growing process,  they acquire these skills which becomes detrimental to the society. results one person destroying many life, so who is res-ponsible..society , parents , our teaching , ethics, social values. 
• society - why a society accepts the victim as victim , but not the culprit as the biggest sucker, why they are not thrown out of the society if they have committed mistake.
• parents - if someone have done a sin, why the parents didn`t disown ( should they be only allowing after the person have converted into a correct one.)
• our teaching - why not teacher/any one who impart some or other teaching  boycott it & teach every kid that it is greatest sin . ( does that mother feeds milk to give life to kids & people are born out of uterus after being created by pure love )
• ethics - why not our law & social value & living is attached to ethics, so if you are ethically bad , you should be thrown out of that society. There is a find line between good & bad & each one of us has to decide about it.
• and a lot more.. so I feel that everyone of us is responsible for not implementing these values.
2. Law & order - are they are res-ponsible .. In most of the situation culprit thinks that nothing will happen to him/her & they have full freedom of sexually assault . law is pretty old and does not have motive for the strongest punishment... Is it true.
• Police -  most of the time for them its a common offence , so its not critical.. other time , the kind of question is asked to the sufferer that she/he will die of the mental suffering which is happening to her after the biggest mental & physical suffering. A person rarely gets an attention till it becomes an high profile cases. In many a situation they will say that's its not our fault. acceptable its not police fault, but for what they have been working, they are here for the safeguard of our citizens of nation & if they fails on their duty , its a shame. ( Is 1000 pages charge sheet is required for these cases for which if my sister would have been alive she would have dies one more time.) , believe me even 1 pager would be sufficient seeing the brutality of the crime.
• Judiciary - As a responsible citizen I cannot say anything against our judiciary as it will be a violation of our founding principal of constitution , but let me put in other way to ponder upon & think for the courts as why they are existing, Is it not their job to see that if any of the function , legislation , executive are not working in accordance of the constitution & social ethics , they should be held responsible & also the judiciary should make it a plan so that they should finishes these evils punishment in no time. ( I am not in favour of the death sentences & believe me that's not a solution,  although the current cases is one of the most hereoinous in nature & culprit should be given the severest punishment which also include the death. ) a right judiciary bring the sensibility of safety among citizens & a fear for the culprit. I am not saying that they should be meddling in everything for the executive & legislation , on place of these judiciary are a form of forefather of the family stopping any one in the family from committing crime. I can promise you that if judiciary become ethically strong & socially responsible , no body will even dare to touch   forget about committing a crime.
• legislation - for what they exist & why people choose them ( should they be there for eating money & dividing the whole society for their own benefit) or the real purpose of their existence is the social service. How come something happens in their constituency & they  put a deaf year .. are they are not custodian of the society them self. unfortunately in current days most of them exists only for the personal benefit. the word democracy have become a donkey - Crecy . they were still playing the game like Ms. Mayawati said the women are not safe in UP but how she is safe. ( no personal disregard .. I respect her..). In many situating legislation thinks that is it state matter or central matter. Ms. shiela Dikhsit ( I have adored that lady for her work ethics ) , on providing the best medical facility was meddling between police & SDM which was supposed to be a very private matter.
• Society - As a society many a time we love to be lustful, we want to watch nudity with lust & worst form without even caring that what teaching we are imparting among us. In most of the parties the ladies are being called to outshine & public relationship management which are nothing but the pure flesh trade happening place. In many place this goes along with money.
• The role of media - One way I will say they did best to highlight the issue & cause , but for god sake please do not make it as masala. there is fine line between independent journalism & sensationalism  Please make sure they you present truth in a right way.
3. Our President - Mahamahim , we adore you & look as you as our representative & you are the person for whom everyone of us works, we salute you , you are our head . like head of the family. I know if I say anything against you it will be a sin, but they a son/daughter is asking to his father, that when we came to your place wanting to have a word & talking to you ( as we have lost all our trust & faiths on out politician & political classes) why we were beaten with cannon. On place of you coming out & helping to resolve the situation , you remain in your house & din`t talked to us & your men ( unfortunately the police became your protector on place of society protector ) beat us. A son is asking from his father as what mistake he did by coming to beg the problem of the situation. Why you didn`t react. If that is the case, will you expect us that a soldier will lay down his life for a country , a doctor will serve the patient , a policemen will discharge his duty , a citizen will be working for the his country. We say that the life is most important things, with your words the worlds best doctors would have been serving the countries daughter & saving the lives & my sister would have remained alive today(my hope only).
4. The doctors/medical community - Thanks you to you that My sisters survived for 13 days otherwise she could have been dead right on the first day ( until the govt intervened & did all the circus again..) . My only question is why she was shifted to Singapore when in the whole world within 24 hrs the best medical facility can be brought & the best of the best of the world would have collaborated to save her life..( I know you tried your best to do that, but why was she shifted .. if same thing happens to our PM or any dignitaries how right on the first day the best of the best are available on the doorstep.) I will still thank you in the mist of worst tragedy that you did your best.
5. The question  - why her last rite was done in so secrecy that no body should be able to pay homage also. Believe me guys law & order would have remained in control as people were weeping & we are weeping today also. why were we not allowed to weep also on her place of last rite. she didn`t wanted the PM & Sonia ji ( no offend please , I respect you ) , but she wanted her well wisher to send her in a grand way. let any of the 

So who is res-ponsible , everyone in above  I feel including me. Jaya Bachchan said correctly is that we didn`t do enough, & whatever we did it was too late for her to save her.

I have not touch on many issue here as  that is not important at this point of time , but what is important that as a society we must improve. The other day my sister was going for work. she was wearing a normal top & jeans .from backside the comment came as will ladies dare to wear jeans & top at out place. 

also to everyone is too become strong & fight the evils, teach our kids a good, let wife neglect those person who commits crime & we will see that in my life time if we are able to eradicate this evil menace , it would be a satisfying wish before I leave this world.
